Process Engineering

We provide process engineering support from User Requirement Specifications, Concept Studies, Front End Engineering Design, Detailed Design, Optimisation Studies, Plant Modifications and Automation Concepts.  This covers both Cut-and Carve projects though to Greenfield projects.

Safety in Design

HAZOPS (Hazard and Operability Studies)

We can provide experienced independent, experienced facilitators to chair your HAZOPS.

SIL (Safety Integrity Level) Assessments

We can provide experienced process engineers to Chair SIL assessments according to IEC61508 and IEC61511. 

Construction Management and Supervision

We can provide the capability to manage your sub-contractors to implement your site modifications. We can schedule the work and ensure it is implemented according to time and cost.

Pre-commissioning and Commissioning Services

We provide pre-commissioning and commissioning services including

  • Developing customised  procedures and check-lists
  • System walkdowns and acceptance from the constructor
  • Completing equipment checkout
  • Managing the initial flushing, chemical cleaning, and passivation work
  • Initial livening of the system, and pressure testing
  • First equipment runs and testing
  • Livening up of services
  • Commissioning of DCS and PLC controlled equipment
  • Solvent Commissioning through to final production
  • Troubleshooting, redesign and optimisation
  • Handover

Sustainability Assessment

We are partnered with a leading team who provide sustainability assessment and framework.  This can be applied to the process industries and to many other segments.

We are able to provide support for qualification activities to support regulatory requirements and guidelines.
